Exterior Influence & Intrinsic Factor—on Current Water Conservatory in China

负外在效应是造成环境污染的一个重要原因。本文通过外在效应内在化的不同途径比较与环境治理的利益比较 ,论证我国目前水域环境治理的必要性 ,并提出有关治理的几点建议。

Negative exterior influence is the primary cause of environmental pollution. This article, through the comparison of the interest of environmental protection and the exterior influence and intrinsic factor, verifies the necessity of water conservatory in China and proposes a few suggestions.
