信息技术的革命性发展给人类的生活带来了翻天覆地的变化 ,网络时代的研究生被称为新e代的人 ,发展计算机信息技术和培养高层次的人才已经成为参与全球竞争的“两大主题”。加强我国研究生的素质教育在信息时代至关重要。
The revolutionary development of IT has dramatically changed the people's life. The postgraduates in the era of network are called new e-generation. Therefore, to develop computer information technology and at the same time to foster outstanding talents to participate in the global competition have become two major themes. It is vital to enhance the ethic education for postgraduates in this information era in China.
