摘要
文章从人类文明进步的客观规律和目前中国现代文明转型所处的复杂环境两个层面入手 ,论述、阐释了我国面向 2 1世纪主导文化精神的基本内涵。
From the approach of objective rule of the mankind civilization progress and the complicated environment in the transformation of modern civilization, this paper discusses the basic connotation of leading cultural sentiment towards 21 century in China.
