摘要
本文利用制度经济学和博弈论的有关思想对西部大开发进行了分析 ,认为东西部的差距本质上是市场制度上的 ,而目前中央政府对西部的政策选择对西部自身的制度创新具有挤出效应。同时 ,本文也分析了中央政府的现实政策选择的两难 ,并指出了可能的出路。
This paper, by analyzing the method of institutional economics and game theory, proposes that the essential difference between the Eastern and Western regions is the difference of market system, and that the policy decision of central government has been extruded from the decision of the local government. At the same time, this paper explored the outlet and dilemmas of central government.
