心脏直视手术中意外情况的处理与术后并发症的防治

Management of Accidents During Intracardiac Surgery under Direct Vision and Prophylactico-therapeutic Measures of Their Postoperative Complications

对121例心脏病患者施行体外循环心内直视手术,成功率达94.2％,术后绝大部分恢复良好。风心患者心悸、气促消失或明显改善,换瓣患者心衰症状消失,心脏明显缩小,无血栓等并发症发生。先天性心脏病房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损患者术后大部分杂音消失。死亡病例多数与手术意外及术后并发症有关。文中强调了手术意外的预防及处理,术后监护及术后并发症的防治措施。

Intracardiac surgical operations under direct vision and extracorporeal circulation were performed in 121 cases of patients with heart diseases. The rate of success reached 94.2％. Most of the patients recovered very well postoperatively, The cardiopalmus and the short breath disappeared or improved distinctly in patients with theumatic heart diseases. After valve replacement the symptoms of cardiac insufficiency disappeared and the size of heart reduced distinctly and no thrombus or other complications presented. Among patients with congenital, diseases, such as auricular or ventricular septal defect, most of the murmurs disappeared promptly soon after suture or repair. Most of the deathes were related to accidents during operations and the postoperative complications. Therefore, in this paper, the prevention and management of accidents during operations, postoperative monitoring and the prophylactico-therapeutic measures of the postoperative complications were emphasized and discussed in detail.
