随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,石油高校图书馆工作必须改变传统的服务模式,树立完整的图书馆服务效益和管理效益观念,增强自身发展。本文着重从四个方面阐述了石油高校图书馆改革的方向——有偿服务问题,这是强化商品经济意识,加快石油高校图书馆对外开放步伐的重要途径。
With the establishment of socialist market economic system,the traditional service form must be changed in Petroleum College & University Libraries,and the entire concept of libraical service benefit and management benefit must be set up and highten the self—development. The paper relates the direction of reform of Petroleum College & University Libraries—the question of 'paid services 'from four poines,it is the important way to strengthen the commodity economic consciousness and quiken the open steps of Petroleum College & University Libraries.
