针对图书馆经费紧张的状况 ,该文论述了利用校内文献资源进行期刊交换 ,补充馆内文献 ,促进馆藏建设的重要性 ;

This paper analyses of the inadequate funds problem each library is confronting. It also deals with the importance of exchanging school resources,increase library document and data. In the meantime, how to develop, and utilize exchange resource under network environment are put forward as well
