新中国诞生后 ,全国各族人民在中国共产党的领导下 ,走过了 5 2年的光辉历程 ,取得了社会主义革命和建设的伟大成就 ,这给我们留下了深刻的启示 ,即没有共产党 ,就没有新中国 ,也没有新中国的现代化 ;没有马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论 ,就不可能取得中国社会主义现代化建设的巨大成就 ;我们始终要把发展生产力作为社会主义的根本任务 ,坚持以经济建设为中心 ,坚持理论创新、制度创新和科技创新 ,不断地进行改革开放 。

New China had gone through 52 years' brilliant history, has achieved great success in socialist revolution and construction. This impresses us that without the Communist Party, there would have been no New China, and neither have been the modernization of New China. Without Marxism Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping's Theory, these would have been no great success of China's socialist modernization. We must put production force development as our essential task from the beginning to the end, persist in taking economical development as the center, stick to theory crealivity system creativity, and science technology creativity, continuously carry out reform and opening to the outside world, build our great country into a more prosperous and stronger land.
