摘要
表见代理是《中华人民共和国合同法》所确立的新法律制度。该法律制度的确立其宗旨是在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,维护人们对代理制度的信赖 ,从法律上保护善意的、没有过失相对人的利益 ,保障交易安全 ,维护正常的交易秩序 。
The indicative agency is a new legal system established by《Contract Law of the People's Republic of China》. The function of this system lies in winning people's confidence in agency system under the socialist market economy conditions. It legally protects the goodwill and faultless people's interests, which ensure business safty and defend normal business order, and also promote the development of the socialist market economy.
