摘要
涤纶化纤钛白以我国现行ＢＡ０１－０１钛白的生产工艺为基础，增加了漂白、凝聚和有机物表面处理等工序。讨论了钛白粒径和表面处理对成品纤维质量的影响。通过试验，确定了基本的工艺条件，所得试样的质量达到日本ＴＡ－３００水平，符合涤纶化纤工业生产要求。
AbstractThe TiO_2 for polyester fibre has been developedbased on the current preduction process of BA01-01 with additional processes of leaching , floc-culation and organic surface treatment. The ef-fect of particle size of TiO_2 and surface treatmenton the quality of fibre end preduct are discussed.The basic preduction technology have beenfound through experimens and the quality of theobtained product has reached the similar productfrom Japan, TA-300, and meet the requirementsof polyester fibre industry.
