Ku频段SSPA功率合成是卫星技术中关键课题之一.本文研究一种新的矩形腔TE107模谐振式功率合成及其设计方法.建立有耗矩形腔中并矢格林函数的理论模型,并提出了利用谐振腔中的简并模扩展谐振腔功率合成器工作频带的思想,文中给出了该频段一个四路功率合成的实例予以验证.

The combing of Solid -State -power -amplifier plays important role in communications -satellite. A new kind of resonstor cavity combiner was developed in this paper. A Dyadic green's function method is presented to analysis loss cavity ,and the technolohy for broading the operating bandwith of combiner was discussed . As a demonstrator , examples were given.
