摘要
本文采用聚氨酯中引入丁基二乙醇胺,形成带有叔氮原子的聚氨酯(NPU)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中引入甲基丙烯酸(MAA)的方法,合成了带有离子键的离聚型互穿聚合物网络(IPN),再通过引入甲基丙烯酸丁酯和蓖麻油,改善了NPU/PMMA-MMAIPN的模量、延伸率和吸水性,并用DSC和TEM等研究了离聚型IPN的相容性。
An ionomer IPN has been developed by the useof polyurethane modified with butyl di-ethanolamine to form a polyurethane bearingtertiary N (NPU) and polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) modified with methacrylic acid(MAA) . Further addition of butyl methacrylateand castor oil can improve the modulu, elonga-tion rate and water absorption of NPU/PMMA-MAA IPN. The compatability of the ionomerIPN was determined by the use of DSC andTEM.
