摘要
444例白细胞疾病的口腔表现:除牙龈炎、牙周炎外,牙龈色泽苍淡者占41.21％,牙龈渗血、粘膜瘀点、瘀斑或血疱27.70％,粘膜溃疡或糜烂12.83％,牙龈肿胀、肥大8.1％,咽痛22.07％,面部肿块1.13％,无特殊症状30.18％。本文讨沦了这些症状发生的机理与鉴别诊断,并叙述白细胞疾病主要的全身症状,供诊断参考。
The oral manifestations in 444 cases of leukocyte disorders (leukopenia, agranulocytosis and leukemia) were found to be (1) pallid gum in 41.21%;(2)bleeding of the gum, petechia or ecchymoses of the mucosa or blood blisters in 27.70%; (3)mucosal ulcers or erosion in 12.83%; (4)enlargement or swelling of gingiva in 8.18%; (5)pharyngitis or sore throat in 22.07％;(6)swollen mass on the face in 1.13%;and (7)negative signs in 30.18％.
The author discussed the mechanism of the oral manifestations and the differential diagnosis of the disease, in addition to describing the main signs of leukocyte disorders.
