摘要 迫于环境压力,美、日等国都开发了无锡自抛光防污涂料。此涂料的技术途径是:以普通可水解树脂为基料,添加非锡防污剂,控制基料水解速度,从而控制毒料的渗出率;以丙烯酸树脂为主,聚合物链上带有防污作用的基团;以高酸值的树脂为基料,在海水中涂膜表面呈酸性,形成不适合海生物生长的微环境;采用含Cu、Zn聚合物为基料或固体填料,作为辅助防污剂。 Abstract The tin-free SPC anti-fouling paints have been developed in USA, Japan and other countries because of the pressure comes from the environmental pollution protection. A feasible technical approach to prepare this paint is to use conventional hydrolyzable resin as binder, and addition of tin-free anti-fouling agent, to control the leaching rate of the anti-fouling agent by the control of the hydrolysis rate of binder.For example, an acrylic resin can be used,with anti-fouling groups on the backbone,a higher acid value resin can be used to form a acidy surface of paint film in sea water and generate a micro-environment that will not be suitable for the growth of halobios;or a Cu, Zn-bearing polymer can be used as binder or solid filler as co-antifouling agent.
