素质教育的核心是培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,培养靠课堂教学的形式去完成。课堂教学的三要素是课堂教学改革的关键。音乐教学的创造性与实践特点为创新能力培养提供了有利条件,但又与课堂教学的三要素之间有动态过程,同步发展才能取得预期的效果。

THE core of quality education is to cultivate creative spirits and practical ability of the students, which depends on the form of class teaching to complete.Three key elements in class teaching are crucial important whieh will make the improvement upon class teaching possible.Features of creativity and practice taken in musical education have offered us lots of favoumble factors for cultivating the students' creativeness.However,both of them have an individual developing procedure.And we could hardily have our expected effects until develope the both sides simultaneously.
