摘要
在丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料中加入非浮型铝粉和助剂制得的锤纹漆硬度高、耐磨性优。叙述了该漆的配制方法。讨论了树脂、反应条件、溶剂、助剂等不同因素对锤纹效果的影响。
Abstract Hammer finish is prepared by adding nonleafing aluminium powder and additives in acrylic polyurethane coating. It has high hardness and excellent abrasion-resistance.The formulating method was described. Influence of resin, reaction conditions,solvent and additives on hammer effect are also discussed.
