摘要
采用渗透率法测定涂料中颜料填料及其混合物的临界体积浓度,作为确定颜料填料用量的依据。实验证明,用渗透率法测定涂料中单一颜料填料的CPVC值,再由此确定混合颜料填料的比例是合理的;用渗透率法求出混合颜料填料的CPVC值后,选用涂料中颜料填料用量为PVC/CPVC=0.5,涂层性能优。
AbstractThe CPVC of different pigments/fillers andtheir mixtures in coatings are determined bythe measurement of permeability and can beused as the basis for the selection of pig-ment/filler level in coatings. Experimentallyit has showed that it is reasonable to decidethe pigment/filler mixture ratio only afterthe determination, by means of permeabilitymethod ,of the CPVC of each pigment/fillerin the coating. Excellent film performancesare generally obtained when the pigmentlevel in coating is selected in the range ofPVC/CPVC=0. 5 .
