摘要
世界知识产权组织 (WIPO)通过的WCT和WPPT两项条约规定 :作者在网络传播中享有传播权、解密权、复制权、修改权、删除权、权利管理信息权、下载出版权、报酬权。目前 ,我国网络传播著作权方面基本上处于无序状态 ,有关法律制度亟待完善。
World intellectual property organization passed the WCT and WIPT treaty which approved auther's right in network spreading include right of spread,right of uncover,right of copy,right of revise,right of delete,right of information,right of publish,right of reward.At present,There are no-perfect condition on copyright of network spreading in china.
