足龄男女采行人工生殖技术的权利依据是 :宪法关于组成家庭的权利 ;关于人身自由权。足龄男女采行人工生殖技术的义务为 :认真养育采行人工生殖技术而获得的子女的义务 ;尊重供精、供卵、供腹者的正当利益与正当愿望的义务 ;严格遵守在指定医院实施人工生殖技术的义务 ;以及与实施人工生殖技术的医院、医师签订协议的义务 ;
The right of applying artificial reproduction technology by male and female with lawful age is based on the right of establishing a family by constitution, on the right of personal freedom. The obligations of applying artificial reproduction technology by male and female with lawful age are as follows: making clear the offspring resulting from the application of artificial reproduction technology; laying emphasis on the lawful interests and intention of those providing sperm, egg and embryo; rigidly applying artificial reproduction technology in an appointed hospital; signing a contract with the hospital and doctor for applying the technology; complying with the other relevant provisions.
