摘要
西部开发中职务犯罪的诱发因素有三 :一是文化冲突的加剧容易促使某些人心理失衡 ;二是权限的扩大促使外在诱惑增多 ;三是立法的欠缺促使犯罪的契机增加。预防职务犯罪的对策 ,从加强思想政治教育 ,增强自觉抵御犯罪的能力和强化外部控制 ,增强社会对公职人员的约束力两方面入手。
There are three factors to induce the post crime during the western development. The first is that the strengthening cultural conflict causes the personal psychology unbalanced. The second is that the booming power leads to the increase of external temptation. The third is that the lack of legislation facilitates the increase of opportunities to commit the crimes. The prevention from the post crime should lay emphasis on the following respects: strengthening the ideological and political education, heightening the ability to resist the crime consciously and reinforcing exterior control, strengthening the binding force from the society on the public clerks.
