摘要
国际恐怖活动是一种跨国刑事犯罪 ,国际社会已制定了多个双边、多边国际条约 ,但尚缺乏对恐怖主义的统一法律定义 ,也缺乏全球性的反对国际恐怖主义国际公约。中国历来坚决反对并强烈谴责各种形式的国际恐怖主义 ,并为此作了多方面的不懈努力 ,2 0 0 1年 6月成立的“上海合作组织” ,就是一个以反恐怖主义为主要目的的区域性组织 ,并加快建立联合反恐怖机构。
International terrorist conduct is a kind of transnational crime. International society has formulated several bilateral and multi-lateral international treaties. However, there isn't an uniform legal definition for terrorism and there isn't an international convention against international terrorism. China invariably objects to and strongly condemns international terrorism of all kinds and makes a great effort in various respects. 'Shanghai Cooperation Organization' established in June, 2001, is indeed a regional organization with a main attempt to fight against terrorism and to quicken the pace to set up an united anti-terrorism agency.
