摘要
文章从分析中国高校的研究与开发入手,对研究型大学进行了界定,最后提出创立和建设我国研究型大学的若干建议。
Universities, especially research-oriented universities, are important to a country. This paper explores the R&D situation in Chinese higher educational institutions, defines research-oriented universities, and puts forward proposals on how to establish and construct them in China.
