浅谈利用方正书版的“自定义宏”工具编排学报

Application of the User-Defined Macro Tool of Founder Bookmaker 9.0 to Jounal Composing

本文叙述了如何利用方正书版9.0的“自定义宏”工具来提高编排效率。为更好地利用“自定义宏”工具,首先应分析编排任务,找出需要重复输入的部分。再根据操作习惯和使用方便进行组合,确定每个“宏”的内容。然后通过“自定义宏”对话框来定义每个“宏”。最后笔者归纳了熟练使用“自定义宏”工具对学报编排的意义。

This paper deals with how to use a useful tool of Founder Bookmaker 9. 0, the user-defined macro function, to improve the effeciency of composing journals. In order to make better use of the user-defined macro tool, a compositor should begin with the analysis of the composing task and find out the blocks which have to be input repeatedly. Then, according to his operating habit and convenience, the compositor should make up the content of every macro. Thus, macrodefinition can be done through user-defined macro dialogue box. It is pointed out that being proficient in using the user-defined macro tool has important significance to composing journals.
