摘要
从企业商业秘密的概念属性及特征 ,分析企业商业的秘密保护的泄秘的原因及保护的现状 ,有针对性地探讨保护企业商业秘密的诸多问题。
The cause of leakage of secrets and the present situation of protection are analyzed,and a lot of problems about protecting commercial secret are discussed from the point of concepts,properties and characters of commercial secrets.
