摘要
一般认为 ,危险管理理论源于二十世纪初的欧美。其实 ,我国的殷周时期就已形成危险管理理论。文章依据《周易》的卦象爻辞 ,论证、分析了《周易》涉及的危险管理的内涵、特征、成因及治理举措 。
Generally,management over risk originates in Europe and America at the theory of management over risk was formulated.The essay,on the bases of the basic continuous line(-)and broken line(--)and combination of diagrams forming an oracle,dissects the internal meaning,features,factors and measures involves in 'Book of Changes',so to testify the profound and systematic managerial theory over risk.
