Forward house-selling contract is a kind of buying and selling contract in special form.The forward selling contract,different from the general instalment contract,is a principal not facultative contract.The forward selling contract becomes effective upon registration but it is not the same as the property right registration.The forward house purchaser can not obtain the ownership of the house but the creditor's right.
