The Strategic Adjustment of the Agricultural Economic Structure in Luoyang City

农业经济结构调整滞后对洛阳市农民人均收入水平的不利影响主要表现在 :产业结构、品种结构、组织结构和区域结构的不合理 ;调整现有农业经济结构的对策是 :优化产业结构、综合发展农林牧渔、调整品种结构大力发展精品农业、完善组织结构推进产业化进程、依靠加工增值和发挥区域优势创造特色农业。

The author analyses the negative influence on farmers income of the delay of adjustment in agricultural economic structures of Luoyang city and then puts forward the countermeasures: 1) optimizing the agricultural structures and comprehensively developing agriculture, forestry, livestock farming and fishery; 2) regulating the variety structure and developing agriculture of high quality; 3) improving the organization structures and advancing the course of “industrialization” of agriculture; 4) making use of regional advantages and creating agriculture with distinctive features; 5) bringing forth new ideas of increasing the farmers income and developing product processing industry.
