摘要
从举证责任的概念、主体、性质、分担及举证责任倒置五个方面对我国民事诉讼举证责任制度 ,特别是对其中传统理念的误区提出了看法 。
From the concept,main body,nature,sharing and inversion of proof citing responsibility,this paper probes proof citing system of civil lawsuit in our country and puts forward the author's view on some errors in traditional concepts of proof citing system and makes a rational thinking concerning how to perfect the present proof citing responsibility system in our country.
