水电能源开发与西部地区可持续发展问题研究

Study on the Exploitation of Hydropower Resources and Sustainable Development in the China Westsite

在分析水电能源与可持续发展关系的基础上 ,结合西部地区水电能源的特点 ,论述了水电能源开发在西部地区可持续发展中的地位和作用 ,并针对水电能源开发的现状 ,探讨了该地区水电能源开发的对策。

On the basis of analyzing the relation between Hydropower resources and sustainable development in combination with the regional features of the Hydropower resources, this paper discusses the status and role of the exploitation of Hydropower resources in the sustainable development of the western region. In view of the status quo of exploitation of Hydropower resources in the region, the authors probe into countermeasures and suggestions on how to speed up the exploitation of Hydropower resources in the western region.
