Analysis of the Virtual Management in Chinese SMEs

虚拟经营作为知识经济下企业组织变革的新形式 ,以其鲜明的时代特色 ,在国外受到广泛重视 ,研究这一模式对我国企业的虚拟化运营有重要的意义。本文在分析了虚拟经营的涵义、特点及基本形式的基础上 ,结合我国中小企业发展实际 ,探讨了中小企业实施虚拟化运营的优、劣势 ,通过实例讨论了我国中小企业成功实施虚拟经营的可能性和广阔的应用前景。

In the age of knowledge economy,the organizing forms and operational ways of enterprises are improving remarkably.With the fast speed development of network information technology,virtual management plays a very important role in many developed countries.Based on the characteristics of virtual management,the article systematically analyses the advantages and difficulties in the application of this form.In the meantime, some successful cases of Chinese SMEs creating their competitive advantages in the application of the form are presented here. Although there are still many unsolved problems,the outlook is bright.
