中国未来十年城乡协调发展的目标及标志

The Goal and Mark of the Well-matched Development Between City and Twonship in the Future Ten Years in China

工业化是城乡关系互动的过程 ,只有实现城乡协调发展 ,才能快速推进工业化进程。本文依据人类工业化三个阶段城乡发展的量化指标 ,对中国工业化所处阶段给出了客观判断。认为中国未来十年工业化处于中期阶段。并结合人类工业化中期阶段城乡发展的一般规律 ,确立了中国未来十年城乡协调发展的目标及标志 ,为判断中国未来十年城乡发展关系是否协调提供了一个参照。

Industrialization is a process which can promote the relationship between city and township. The well matched developement between city and township can stimulate the process of industrialization.According to the numerical indes of the developement between city and township in the three stages of humankind industrialization this paper gives an objective judgeon what is the stage of industrialization in China the 10 years industrialization of China in the future is in the stage of middle period .At the same time,based on the general developement law of city and township in the stage of middle period of humankind industrialization,the paper firmly establishels the goal and mark of the well matched developement between city and township in the 10 years of future ,and provides a reference which judges whether relationship between city and township is well-matched or not.\;
