贫困是由许多因素造成的。从经济角度分析贫困 ,往往各因素之间是相互作用的 ,因此形成一系列恶性循环理论 ,主要有 R·纳克斯的恶性循环理论以及自然、经济和社会复合系统恶性循环理论。结合当前贫困地区的实际 ,通过分析其存在的恶性循环状况 ,提出了突破这些恶性循环的对策。

Poverty is caused by many factors.From the economic angle,they always react on one another .So a series of vicious cycle of poverty are found.They are R·Lax's theroy and the compound system theroy of nature,economy and society.In view of the current reality of poverty regions,the author analyses the state of vicious cycle of poverty in poverty regions,and designates some measures which can break through these vicious cycle of poverty.
