Speeding Up the Industrial Development of Yangling Demonstration Zone

招商引资、大力发展农业高新技术产业是杨凌示范区的中心任务之一。在这方面示范区既有独特的优势也有明显的不足。面对机遇和挑战 ,为加快科技产业发展 ,示范区必须 :(1 )解放思想、更新观念 ;(2 )充分利用省部共建的体制优势 ;(3 )加强制度创新 ,创造良好的环境 ;(4)突出产业特色 ,抓大育新 ;(5 )重视利用资本市场 ;(6 )树立杨凌品牌 。

Attracting enterprises and investments to speed up the development of agricultural high tech industries is one of the strategic missions of Yangling Demonstration Zone(YDZ).YDZ has its special advantages and obvious disadvantages for this.Facing the opporthunities and challenges,in order to accelerate its development of high tech industries ,YDZ needs to:1.open and refresh the peoples mind with new concepts;2.fully take the advantages of the system of coconstruction of Shaanxi province with the ministries of central government;3.strenghten system refrom and innovation;4.develop industries according to its characteristics,and focus on catching big companies and cultivating new ones;5.pay attention to the effect of capital market on enterprises;6.establish the good reputation of 'made in Yangling'and 'star'companies.
