摘要
风险投资是发展高新技术产业、促进经济发展的最有效途径 ,但目前我国风险投资业尚不具备优越的外部环境 ,并且其自身也存在着各种问题。因此 ,我们必须通过多渠道开辟资金来源 ,加强政策法规建设 ,大力培养管理人才 ,充分发挥股票市场的促进作用 。
Risk investment is the most effective method of developing high-tech industries and promoting economic development. But at present, there isn't superior external environment of risk investment in China. In addition, there are some problems in risk investment itself. Therefore, we must quicken the step of risk investment development in China by creating various sources of fund, strengthening the policies, laws and regulations, devoting major efforts to training management personnel, developing the promotive effect of stock market to the full, obtaining the governmental energetic support and other measures.
