试论当前农民增收缓慢的原因及解决途径

On the Causes and Countermeasures of Slow Increasing of Farmers' Income

针对我国农村现状分析了改革开放以来农民增收缓慢的症结和原因。提出了依靠科技进步 ,从优化农业结构 ,提高农产品质量 ,大力推进农业产业化经营 。

In view of the situation of countryside in our country,the cause of slowness in increasing farmers' income is analysed after the implementation of open door policy.The industry systems and interests mechanism are established.So the countermeasurs which can solve the problems of slow increase of farmers' income are put forward: depend on scientific progress,optimize agricultural structure,improve the quality of agricultural products,etc.
