The Distribution According to Capital in the Socialist Economy

社会主义市场经济条件下 ,公有制经济组织的资本、技术等生产要素参与收益分配 ,是由我国社会主义初级阶段的基本经济条件和发展社会主义市场经济的要求所决定的。公有制经济组织的资本、技术等生产要素参与收益分配 ,不是与按劳分配相对立的个人消费品分配制度 ,不反映剥削关系 。

In the socialist market economy system, the capital,technological and other essentials for production of public ownership economic organizations participate in the distribution of returns. This is determined by the basic economic conditions and demands for developing socialist market economy in regard to the characteristics of Chinese socialism in the early stage. Public ownership's economic organizations participate in the distribution of returns according to capital, technological and the other essentials for prodution, this is not the system of distributing consumer goods opposite to the principle of distribution according to work done, and does no reflect nor mean that public ownership's economic organization can pursue maximum profits as the only norm of its own.
