国企激励机制扭曲是激励机制低效率的重要原因 ,激励机制创新的思路是 :长期激励为主、短期激励为辅 ;调整短期物质激励和长期物质激励比例 ;
Distortion of stimulation system in state owned enterprise is animportant factor that results in the low efficiency of stimulation system .The ideas about innovating stimulation system include:making long term stimulation primary ,and short term material stimulation secondary;adjusting the proportion between short term material stimulation and long term material stimulation;making material stimulation and immaterial stimulation complementary to each other.
