From Unified Organizations to Virtual Corporations

网络经济的发展对市场交易产生了巨大影响 ,以一体化治理为主的传统企业组织模式的一些弊端开始显现 ,虚拟企业将取而代之成为新的主流企业模式。本文分析了虚拟企业与一体化的传统企业组织模式的主要区别 ,并对虚拟企业得以产生和发展的原因及其对我国企业发展的启示作了探讨。

The development of Internet Economy has exerted great influence on the market transaction. The traditional mode of enterprise organizations, which are based on the unified governance, reveals more and more shortages.As substitute, the virtual corporations will become the main mode of enterprises. This paper analyses the main difference between virtual corporations and traditional enterprise organizations that depend on the unified governance. This paper also analyzes the cause of the emergence and expansion of the virtual corporation and its enlightenment to the enterprises in China.
