随着我国市场经济体制的逐步形成 ,在农业领域中 ,千家万户的分散生产同千变万化的大市场之间的矛盾日益尖锐和突出。农村合作经济组织 ,一种农业新的制度和组织创新对解决农业发展所面临的诸多问题具有重要的意义。目前我国农村合作经济组织的发展还处于起步阶段 ,存在很多不完善的地方。针对这一问题 ,应采取以下措施 :大力宣传合作思想 ,培育合作文化 ;统一思想认识 ,采取得力措施 ,兴办更多更好的合作经济组织 ;创造一个有利于合作经济组织发展的环境 ;遵循合作经济循序渐进发展原则 ,促进其不断完善 ;提高合作组织的服务水平。

At present, because the development of rural cooperative organgation has been started, there are many imperfections. To solve the problems, we should take the following measures: propagating cooperative ideas energetically, cultivating cooperative culture; Unifying thoughts and ideas, taking effective measures, setting up more and better cooperative organizations; Creating an enviroment for the development of cooperative organization; Based on the rules of developing cooperative economy step by step, promoting the organization more perfectly; Improving the organization service level.
