The Organizational Model and Benefit Distribution Mechanism of Agricultural Industrialization

随着农产品市场的“卖难”与“买难”问题的突出 ,农业产业化的思路应运而生 ,农业产业化的组织模式有 4种 ,即龙头带动型、中介组织带动型、科技带动型、其他类型 ,同时形成了与之相应的利益分配机制。

With the worsening situation of agricultural products that some are hard to sell and some are hard to purchase , the way for agricultural industrialization to solve this problem has emerged. The article further discussed four types of organizational models of agricultural industrialization:(1) leading industry promoting type ;(2)intermediary agency promoting type ;(3) Sci tech promoting type ;(4) other kinds. This paper also discussed the related mechanisms of benefit distribution.
