摘要 研究供销合作社改革与发展问题 ,要坚持以世界上公认的合作社理论和原则为指导 ,以社会主义市场经济为前提 ,站在农业经济的角度 ,以历史与逻辑相统一观点的方法论原则进行研究。供销合作社在所有制形式上 ,是以社员个人所有为基础、兼有私人所有和集体所有两种因素的混合所有制 ,可称其为合作所有制。供销合作社目前面临许多困境 :合作社知识缺乏、理论研究滞后、缺乏法律保障、改革动力不足。 As a cooperative economic unit of farmers, the Supply and Marketing Cooperative has made great contributions in serving farmers, promoting the interflow of goods and materials between the urban and rural areas, ensuring market supplies, and so on since the founding of People's Republic of China. But at present, there still exists many problems and it hasn't played its proper role. This state of affairs can't suit the development of rural economy, and also can't meet the needs of farmers. Therefore, we must deepen the reform of the SMC. Otherwise, the SWC will divorce itself from the farmers, its property will change, its function will be weakened, it's organizational system will wither away.
