A New Form for Cooperation --Demonstration Analysis of the Wens' Group

在对温氏集团组织和经营模式进行实证分析的基础上 ,提出“股份合作制”组织形式和“公司 +养殖户 +推销户”的运作方式构成的“温氏发展模式”是合作经营的一种新形式。

This paper, based on demonstration analysis about the mode of organization and management in the Wens' group, tries to illustrate that the development mode of the wen's group, which is governed by the organizational from of shareholding and by the operational mechanism of 'companies +raising households +sales promotion agents',is a new efficient cooperation form.
