台湾的“农会”发展与组织

On the Development and Organization of "Farmers' Association" in Taiwan

50余年来 ,台湾“农会”在农业现代化的过程中扮演着关键角色 ,“农会”不仅协助台湾有关方面推行农业政策 ,提供满足农业生产、农民生活与农村文化所需的各种服务 ,同时透过“农会”的教育训练 ,提高农民的知识技能与技术水平 ,促进了农民政治与社会移动性的提升 ,“农会”对台湾农业与总体经济发展确实贡献卓著。本文主要说明台湾的“农会”组织协助台湾有关方面辅导农民发展农业之经验 ,以供参考。

In the past fifty years,'farmers' association' has played an important role in agricultural modernization in Taiwan. It has not only be of great assistance in popularizing 'governmental' policies,providing various services to meet the need of agricultural production, bettering farmers' living and rural cultural development, meanwhile, it has greatly improved farmers' sci tech level,farmers' political involvement ability and social mobility.This paper mainly discussed the advanced experience that 'farmers'associations' have in helping the 'government' to develop agriculture.
