我国先进制造技术发展的管理环境及其优化

China's Management Environment and Its Improvement of the Development of Advanced Manufacturing Technology

先进制造技术实质上是一种系统集成技术,其发展需要优良的管理环境。本文从管理角度阐述了先进制造技术的发展背景、管理要求,指出了我国制造业发展在管理环境上存在的缺陷,提出了优化管理环境的思路。

The advanced manufacturing technology (AMT) virtually belongs to a kind of systematic integrated technology. It's development needs good management environment. The paper analyzes AMTs development background, management requirement and points out the limitation of China's management environment to the development of manufacturing industry. At last the paper suggests some proposals on how to improve the management environment.
