摘要
成功的企业都具有完美而高效的分销、物流系统并能对其保持有力的控制。但商品进入分销时代后,分销规模的大小对企业而言便具有重要意义。制约分销发展的瓶颈是物流,本文提出了较为全面的物流概念及物流管理应达到的目标,并用案例展示了管理物流配送系统的具体方法。
Successful enterprises always have perfect and efficient distribution and logistics systems and can exert firm control over them. When marketing has entered into an era of distribution, the scale of distribution is of crucial meaning to enterprises. The bottleneck that constrains the development is logistics. This article gives a comprehensive definition of logistics and points out the destination logistics management should achieve. Also, some cases are used to demonstrate the concrete ways to manage logistics system.
