黄芩甙锌络合物对小鼠免疫功能影响的初步观察

Fffects of Baicalin Zinc Complex on the Immune Responses in Mice

在报道过黄芩甙锌络合物(简称甙锌)抗Ⅰ型变态反应作用较黄芩甙强的基础上,进一步研究甙锌对小鼠免疫功能的影响,且与黄芩甙比较其药效。实验表明:甙锌能明显促进腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数(二者皆P<0.001);显著提高血清内溶菌酶含量(P<0.001);增强红细胞C_3b受体酵母花环率(P<0.001);但对T细胞百分率影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。认为甙锌对非特异性免疫系统和红细胞免疫系统有显著增强作用,且药效强于黄芩甙。

The effects of Baicalin Zinc Complex (BZC), which was composed of Baicalin chelating zinc, on anti-anaphylactic hypersensitivity (type Ⅰ) was reported previously. At present, in this articled the further research of BZC was done on immune respones in mice and to compaire the effects of BZC and Baicalin. BZC enchanced significantly the phagocytic per centage and the index of peritoneal exudate macrophages (P<0.001 of both), increased remarkably the amount of lysozyme in mouse serum (p<0.01), and elevated the rosette rate of red cell C_(3b) receptor (P<0.001). But it had no significative change for T cell (P>0.05). These results suggested that BZC had distinct immunopotentiation of the non-specific immune system and red cell system in mice. The medicinal effectiveness of BZC was better than that of Baicalin.
