摘要
绝缘子表面憎水性检测是判别其性能优劣的主要手段。把数字图像处理技术引入到合成绝缘子的憎水性检测中,通过对绝缘子表面喷水图像的方向滤波、自适应滤波和基于熵的自动阈值区域分割来获取喷水图像中的水滴边界信息,并完成图像的特征提取,最后用k-近邻法判定绝缘子的憎水性等级。实验结果表明,该方法有效克服了传统目测法的主观性,检测结果的准确性能满足实际检测的需要。
Measurement of hydrophobic of insulator surfaces is a main instrument to evaluate their performance.This paper introduces image processing technology into it,and information of the edge is obtained through directional filtering,adaptive filtering and automatic entropic threshold region-based partition,and extract feature of the image,finally,use k-nearest neighbor algorithm to confirm the level of hydrophobic.Examined by the instance on the spot,this improvement can overcome subjectivity of traditional spray method,and its results is satisfactory.
