分析了高速直喷式柴油机引起拉缸的机理和原因，讨论了活塞、活塞环和缸套之间的匹配．对R100系列柴油机缸套、活塞组配对副采取了改进措施，有效地改善了R100系列柴油机的拉缸问题。
This article,taking R100 series diesel enging for example, analizes the mechanism and causes of scuffing ot cylinder bore of high-speed diesel engines and discuss the matching prob lem among the piston. piston ring and cylinder liner. Meanwhile, it also presents the necessaty measures accordingly to eliminate the scuffing of cylinder bore on the matching pair of cylinder liner and piston set.The experiment makes clear that the innovated cylinder liner and piston ring shall effectively ease scuffing of cylinder bore of R100 seties diesel engines
