山东青州店子铁矿帷幕堵水工程设计研究与施工

摘要 拟扩建开采的青州市店子铁矿矿区地下水丰富,且地质条件复杂,严重影响到矿层的开采施工。通过科学分析矿区内水文地质条件和物探工作,研究确定了矿区堵水帷幕边界、堵水深度、堵水材料,选择优化了钻孔工艺和注浆工艺流程,对施工中出现的各种类型问题研究和采取了有效措施,成功地完成了矿区堵水任务。 The geological conditions are complicated and groundwater is rich under Qingzhou Dianzi Iron Mine which is planned to be developed. That seriously affects the mining of iron ore. The border of water block curtain, water block depth, water block materials were determined after scientific analyses on hydrology and geology condition and some geophysical survey. The drilling techniques and grouting procedures were optimized. The problems occurred during construction were researched and resolved. The task of water block within mine area was successfully completed.
