目的制定醒樽宝胶囊的质量标准.方法用薄层色谱法对枳椇子、茯苓进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对葛根素进行定量测定.结果能准确对枳椇子、茯苓进行定性鉴别;葛根素标准品在250 nm条件下检测,96～480 μg与峰面积有良好的线性关系.回归方程:y=0.0792x-0.1995,r2=0.9999.结论枳椇子、茯苓可作为醒樽宝胶囊的定性标准;葛根素的测定可作为醒樽宝胶囊的定量标准.

Objective To establish the quality standard for the traditional Chinese medicine, Xingzhunbao capsule. Methods TLC was used to qualitatively differentiate between Hovenia and Poria. HPLC was used to measure the content of puerarin quantitatively. Results Hovenia and Poria could be differentiated qualitatively by TLC . Standard puerarin was determined under the wavelength of 250 nm and showed good linear relations to the peak area at a concentration between 96 and 480 μg/ml. The linear regression equation was y=0.0792x-0.1995 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999. Conclusion Hovenia and Poria can be used qualitatively as the indicators in Xingzhunbao capsule, and determination of puerarin by HPLC provides a quantitative method for the quality control of Xingzhunbao capsule.
